Managing Director & Technical Director
Since launching the company in 2007, Ahmed has established smartimpact as a leading provider of Dynamics CRM solutions. Combining his understanding of business and membership needs with technical expertise he has ensured smartimpact has high quality, robust, yet flexible software and a team of experts who support membership organisations through every part of the implementation process. This leadership has led to ten consecutive years of significant growth and excellent reputation in the sector.
Charbel started his career building e-commerce and social network websites for a leading company in the US in 2003. Around the middle of the decade he came across Microsoft Dynamics CRM and since then has built many successful CRM systems, one of which is among the largest in Europe.
As an independent consultant, Charbel worked on some of these systems directly with the end customer and others through large Microsoft partners including 2e2, Cap Gemini and IM Group. He has deep experience in the business sector including membership management, subscription management and patient management, with clients such as Nautilus, Private Equity International and Guys & St Thomas’ Hospital.
Head of Projects
Jo Cook had been a membership specialist for the five years immediately prior to joining smartimpact, Jo specified and implemented CRM, website and finance integration projects as the client project manager.
This project management experience is supported by over 15 years marketing and communications experience in manufacturing, not for profit and membership sectors.
Jo brings a deep understanding of the benefits and implementation challenges organisations’ can face to her role as Senior Project Manager and Membership Consultant.
Business Development Manager
Nick has been consulting on web, collaboration and CRM systems since the late 90s. In that time, he has built up a pragmatic understanding of how a business is built on the talents of its individuals and teams as well as the tools, processes and systems at their disposal.
Passionate about finding the right solution, Nick looks to fully understand the challenges and goals each client faces before recommending the best way forward.
