You have the right to see the information we hold about you. If you would like to receive a copy of the information please send a letter addressed to the Data Controller at the address above, along with a cheque for £10 made payable to smartimpact Ltd. We will respond within 40 days of receiving your letter.
We tend to use email as our main way of communicating with customers but we will only contact you in this format if you have given us permission to. By signing up to our emails you are giving permission.
Sharing your information
Information you provide will only be used by us for the intended purpose(s). We do not share personal information on our customers and we will never sell your personal information to another company.
Protecting your information
Looking after your information is important to us. We take reasonable steps to ensure that all information is stored safely and securely, whether it is in paper or electronic format. We will also only keep your information for as long as is necessary.
It’s your choice
You only have to give us as much information about yourself as you feel comfortable with. But there will be times when we will not be able to fulfil requests without all the information, for example with training bookings or sending you email news without your email address.
You are entitled at any time to unsubscribe from our communications. If you wish to be completely removed from our database we will do this within 28 days of receipt of the request.

Making a complaint/finding out more
You have the right to make a formal complaint about how we are managing your information. Any complaints should be sent to the Data Controller in writing to the address above.
