Ahmed Eltohamy – Managing Director/Developer
For the ten years before establishing Smart Impact in 2006, Ahmed earned his IT stripes working for blue-chip and Microsoft gold partners. During this time he also managed to obtain a master's degree from Greenwich University in London. His vision for Smart Impact was to provide clients with exceptional web design and online business processes solutions and, in less than 3 years, the Smart Impact team has acquired an enviable base of clients.
“Our focus is to maintain exceptional service standards and ensure that we stand head and shoulders above our competitors,” says Ahmed, who is the co-author of a content management system (BCMS) used by an increasing number of websites in France and the UK. He has considerable expertise and skill in various computer languages and associated tools as well as with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint.
Julien Laraison – Director of Smart Impact FR/Developer.
Having also obtained a masters degree at Greenwich University, Julien joined forces with Ahmed and was instrumental in the construction of the state-of-the-art content management system (BCMS) that makes it easier for clients to maintain the content of their website. Julien has implemented the BCMS system for more than 20 Smart Impact clients in less than 2 years.

Charbel is a director of Rectus Solution Limited – a Smart Impact partner – with invaluable expertise in the Dynamics CRM and SharePoint solutions. With over 10 years experience in the IT industry, Charbel is an expert in both web development and MS business solutions.
